Who we are

Live Luxe Travels is operated by Sarah Franks through HRTS Travel, LLC, an independently owned and operated Cruise Planners franchise. You can reach us at sarah@liveluxetravels.com or 972-395-4787.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the planning form or contact us, we receive your name, email address, phone number and the trip details and preferences you choose to share.
• Basic technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
• Advertising and measurement data, only with your permission. If you accept, Meta’s Pixel records which pages you visit and basic device and browser information so we can measure the site and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. We turn off Meta’s automatic capture of form fields and buttons, and we do not send what you type into the planning form to Meta.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, plan and support your travel, and keep business records. When you choose to book, we share the details suppliers need to make your reservations, including through Cruise Planners and the cruise lines, hotels and tour operators involved. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

The planning form sends your answers to Sarah Franks’s email through Resend, an email delivery service. Email is hosted by Microsoft 365, and this website is hosted by Hostinger. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.

Trip feedback. After a trip, Sarah may send you a private link to share feedback. Your answers are stored by our web host and sent to Anthropic, whose AI drafts a short review from them that you can edit before posting anywhere. Sarah receives your answers by email. Your review is shared on our website or social media only if you tick the box that allows it. We delete your answers after 1 year.

Cookies and your choices

This site works without cookies. It stores your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again. Meta’s Pixel loads only after you press Accept. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and residents of some states, including Texas and California, have additional rights such as opting out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email sarah@liveluxetravels.com.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking information as long as needed to respond, plan and support your travel, and to meet business and legal record-keeping requirements.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of sending or storing information is completely secure. Please do not include passport, payment card or government ID numbers in the planning form or in email.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
